Marshall Ziehm has been pleasing the palates of the most discerning clients and customers for some 30 years. Having grown up on a farm in rural Virginia, Chef Ziehm came to understand the beauty and importance of a farm to table, sustainable lifestyle at a very early age. Chef Ziehm has traveled the world, from South Africa, Europe, Central America, and Mexico studying alternative cultures and their cuisines. During his travels he has cooked in small cantinas in Mexico, and 3 Star Michelin restaurants in Europe, and everything in between, with one goal in mind, that of mastering his trade.
