Our capital investment has lead to a Cluhouse remodel, The Oaks Course renovated to it’s former glory, and a complete redesign of the legendary Pines Course. Jim was born and raised in Worcester Massachusetts where he attended Worcester Academy and had a successful collegiate golf career at Roanoke College in Salem Virginia. Jim has been a PGA class A member since 1996. He began his professional career at Tamarack Country Club (1989-1993) in Greenwich CT. He accepted the 1st assistants’ position at Wilmington Country Club (1993-1998) in Wilmington Delaware. This opportunity served as a springboard to his career to earn his first Head Golf Professional position at Ocean Reef Club (1998-2002), Key Largo Florida. In 2002 he relocated his family to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and was named the Head Golf Professional at Prospect Bay (2002-2007). He was approached by The Club Pelican Bay in Naples Florida to become their Director of Golf from 2007-2017. From 2017 through 2022 Jim became the Head Golf Professional at Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta GA. Wanting to move back to his roots, in 2022 Paul Celano approached him for the Head Golf Professional position at The International.

Bob has been serving you as a member of the PGA after earning membership in 1995. After becoming a proud graduate of Michigan State University with a B.S. degree in mathematics and a teaching certificate, he started his career at Clinton and Leominster High Schools. Bob’s career in golf started as the varsity head golf coach at Clinton High where Twin Springs was the team’s home course. After long time professional Ivan Bourque invited him onto the staff part-time, Bob realized he could combine his passion for teaching and favorite hobby to make a career in the golf industry. Bob spent two years at The International serving as an assistant professional under Bob Sanderson, before moving back to manage Twin Springs as head professional. For the next 25 years Bob built Twin Springs, focusing on building strong junior programs, senior friendly events, highly regarding women’s clinics and great customer service with ‘golf the friendly way’. In 2020 Bob was retained by Escalante to serve you as a golf professional and director of outside services.

Ana is from Annapolis, MD and has played golf ever since she was 7 years old. She graduated high school in Hilton Head Island where she went on to play 4 years of college golf at Coker University in South Carolina. Ana has worked in the golf industry ever since graduating college, from being an Assistant Golf Professional at Bethesda Country Club to being a Golf Account Executive for Maui Jim. Her passions are growing women's golf, forming long-lasting relationships with members and her stumpy dog, Piglet.

Adam Perri joined The International in the Summer of 2023. Originally from Warwick, Rhode Island, Perri started his career in sports in 2010 with the Pawtucket Red Sox (now Worcester Red Sox), the Phoenix Suns and Mercury (2012), and spent two seasons in the front office with the Boston Red Sox from 2013-2014. A graduate of Springfield College (MA), Perri has a passion for the game of golf and is an active member of the Boston Young Professional Association. He currently lives in Milford with his wife Jenna. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and Taco Tuesdays.

Aaron Weiner joined The International in September of 2023. He has a decade’s worth of management experience, working in a variety of fields with corporate and local establishments. Aaron previously worked for a small wine company, working in their corporate warehouse in tandem with the company’s owners and corporate clients, as well as being their accounts receivable specialist. Aaron works to be a valuable resource to all staff and members alike.

Brian was hired as the Oaks Course Superintendent at The International in March 2022. He played an integral role in preparing the Oaks Course for the September 2022 LIV Golf event. Prior to his time at The International, Brian was the Golf Course Superintendent at Sterling National Country Club for three years and before that the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Winchester Country Club in Winchester, MA. Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Plant, Soil and Insect Sciences and an associate degree in Turfgrass Management. Brian lives in Sterling with his wife Brittany. They enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling. In the winter months Brian is a high school ice hockey official.

Michael, originally from Westwood, MA, embarked on his agronomy journey in 1997 at Dedham Country and Polo Club. Driven by dedication and passion, he thrives on challenges and continually seeks opportunities for growth and learning. This led him to the University of Rhode Island, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban Horticulture and Turfgrass Management while also playing hockey for URI. With a decade-long tenure as a Golf Course Superintendent and 12 years as an assistant superintendent, Michael has honed his expertise at renowned courses such as The Bridge, East Hampton, Baiting Hollow, Wedgewood Pines, and Red Tail. Currently residing in Haverhill with his wife Johanna, son Nolan, and daughter Emily, Michael brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion to every endeavor he pursues.

Our newly renovated clubhouse includes a well-stocked Golf Shop, meeting and work spaces, comfortable lounge areas, men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, and chef curated culinary dining experiences at The Fireplace room. Members can enjoy cocktails, social events, fine and casual dining with spectacular views of both The Pines Course and The Oaks Course. Exciting things are on the horizon at The International.
