The International and Fireplace Room invites you to our Spring Cigar Dinner hosted by Michael Kilcoyne, Zack Photakis of The Owl Shop, and our special guest Steve Saka, the owner and creator of Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust. We are honored to host the first cigar dinner for Dunbarton Tobacco.
Dunbarton Tobacco and Trust is a New Hampshire based cigar brand with a passion for cigars without compromise. Their goal is “to always offer a connoisseur an unparalleled smoking experience bar none.” Using the finest tobaccos and only the most skilled torcedors, the cigars are crafted at the legendary Joya de Nicaragua factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. Steve Saka, their master blender and owner is recognized as an expert throughout the industry and satisfied a life-long goal by creating the family held Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust in 2015.
The exciting evening starts at 6PM with a cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres. Your impressive 3-course dining experience crafted by Head Chef Andrew Ciullo and Sous Chef Michael Mannai begins at 7PM. Each course has been carefully matched to the night’s cigar pairings.

Piedmontese 20oz Tomahawk served with smoked red bliss potato, roasted carrot and ginger beef fat emulsion, white asparagus, and a balsamic soy reduction

Mille-Fueilles with almond vanilla custard, whipped cream, and fresh fruit
