Taught by instructor, Cristina DeOliveira, Kick It By Eliza is a 13-round (45-50 minute) fitness method that is music-driven, sweat-inducing and kickboxing-inspired. Created based on high-intensity interval training and cardio kickboxing. Each round is specifically choreographed to energizing music, which is the driving force behind the class. This group exercise can be modified to any fitness level. It’s meant to leave participants feeling invigorated and powerful!
